Like many companies, Embaleo commits to respect the Quality Charter of the FEVAD (French federation of distant-selling businesses). This charter contains 35 points which aim to satisfy customers' expectations.
The main commitment of the distant selling businesses is about the refund of a product within 14 days. Generally called "Satisfied or your money back", this commitment is essential in the distance selling business. The member companies of the FEVAD commit to take back all the products returned in its original packaging within 14 days following the receipt of the order by the customer, and to refund him (or her) within 14 days after the goods have been returned. Exceptions : unsealed products which can be immediately reproduced (like CD and DVD) and custom products.

In order to guarantee an effective data protection, the quality charter of the FEVAD is based on the Code of Ethics for professionals of direct marketing (Code de Déontologie des Professionnels du Marketing Direct vis à vis de la Protection des Données à Caractère Personnel).
This Code of Ethics indicates that the Internet user has the right to access to the personal data collected on a website and that he can modify them if needed. By the way, he (or she) can refuse that the information is communicated to third parties. The companies commit to use data bases and external files respecting the standards of the CNIL (French National Commission on Information Technology and Liberties) and to notify them regularly to this commission. They also have to respect the will of persons who don't want to be prospected. These persons may ask the companies for it directly or indirectly via the Robinson list.
