If you have any trouble when you receive the order, you have to send apparent anomalies (missing product compared to delivery note, damages...) by registered post with acknowledgement of receipt within 3 days. You must keep your order / your product with the anomaly in the same condition as it was when you receive it.
If it's another person who receives the parcel, you need to make him (or her) aware that he (or she) is doing it for you so he (or she) has to take care of your products as if they were his (or her) own products.
If you want to resend the product, you need Embaleo's prior agreement first. To resend the parcel, please contact us by phone or by email (email@example.com). We will give you a return number for your parcel. In some cases, Embaleo may pay the return cost.
You systematically benefit from the money-back guarantee for 14 days from the date you receive your order.
There is no contractual warranty for the products. It may be given by the manufacturer but it only commits him. The guaranteed products are only those which notice the "manufacturer" warranty on their online description. Only the equipment is concerned, the other products of the website have no warranty.
